Culinary Projects
EN– In addition to his work as a private chef, Andrin Steuri is the initiator of different creative culinary projects aside: The popular Ramen Noodle project SUN Ramen is one among them. In different venues he has been offering the popular and traditional Japanese noodle soup with a unique taste experience, local handcrafted ramen and authentic broths. Another highlight is the pop-up project Potos Feu, which initiates divers collaboration with crafts(wo)men around the gastronomic community. The host creates always a gastronomic experience around a specific event, such as wine tastings, ceramic markets, art exhibitions and much more. His diverse engagement reflects his passion for creating unique culinary moments that go beyond the ordinary.
